DGS

DGS was founded by Krzysztof Grzadziel 15 years ago, producing pilfer proof screw caps for the Polish spirit industry. As DGS grew, they began searching for new ways to improve the depth of colour, and ability to print intricate designs, on their screw caps. To do this, DGS began manufacturing their own machinery in order to achieve greater results for their customers – benefited themselves from improved operational efficiency. DGS now manufacture a full range of screw cap machinery and are especially proud of their innovative lacquer, silk screen and dry off-set printers. The ASA-DGS joint venture operates DGS manufactured printers and forming machines.

In 2005, Equity Investors, a venture capital group based in Poland, bought a majority share of DGS and are investing considerable resources to help the company expand internationally. With this financial backing, and global marketing and management experience, DGS is developing a larger base and a higher profile outside of Eastern and Central Europe - rising to prominence as a true global leader in screw cap production.
