In Adelaide, South Australia, ASA-DGS have a production line capable of producing 160 million 30x60mm ScrewCapps per annum. The machinery is all state-of-the-art, uses minimal labour and is extremely efficient and reliable.

Poland
The DGS plant in Wloclawek, Poland, is the largest single aluminium screw cap manufacturing facility in the world, with: 6 sheet printing lines, 35 first and second draw presses, 31 side printers (silk, lacquer and offset) and 25 rolling wadding stations. DGS have achieved ISO9001-2000, ISO14000, ISO16000 and HACCP accreditation.
As well as offering premium print quality, both on sheet and for side decoration, DGS offer side embossing and shaving, top embossing, plastic thread inserts and non-refillable pourers. Both DGS and ASA-DGS provide in-house art services, plate making and colour matching.
