Screwcapp commissioning in Australia

We are pleased to announce that on Tuesday 22nd February the ASA-DGS team successfully completed the final commissioning of the new screw cap production facility in Adelaide, South Australia.
It is a credit to DGS, the DGS employees in Australia, the ASA-DGS team and all members of the ASA Group who have been involved with the move into screw cap production. Congratulations to everyone for getting the commissioning phase completed smoothly, within budget, and, possibly most pleasing of all - a couple of months before the local opposition.
Congratulations to everyone involved in getting the Australian ScrewCapp operation up and running, and we look forward to a long and successful future.

Integrated management system for DGS

DGS have received accreditation for their integrated management system which covers ISO9001-2000, ISO14000, ISO16000 and HACCP certifications. This is official recognition of DGS’s excellent systems and practices with regard to quality, the environment, workplace health and safety and food safety.
The accreditation was celebrated at a gala event in Wloclawek, Poland on 25th February 2006. The ball was attended by guests from Poland, Australia, USA, Germany, UK, Russia, Lithuania, Latvia, Belarus and the Ukraine.
